It’s very useful in ET / Dungeon. I usually save it to revive a healer.
Would a backmasking gem be worthwhile to get, or is 5 levels enough? Just curious because I got a gem recently and would like to sell it to someone that could use it, as I’m poor…

why would you have it at LV 5?it add only range xD
Couldn’t you use it to revive large groups of mobs with a larger range? I think you need it… wanna buy it? 
doesn’t work to ress mobs… only reincarnate that works with mobs.
Backmasking basically just turn the area back ( like move characters etc to position and living mobs lel… + ressing your allies)

Does that mean the mobs that you just killed are no longer dead? I’m so confused :S

No dead monster will stay dead. Living one will be re-position.
OK. Could that be used for relinking enemies? Does their HP go back?
no idea on hp i am only sure / aware it’s position is reverse.

it is very useful i use it sometime when grinding without priest but mostly on et because casting time is instant but u can only turn back time for only 10second back if your friend died longer than 10 second then you cant revive them and the more point into skill is better because it widen the area you can revie so you dont have to be exactly where your friend died.

As long as hes dead you can ress him with back masking.
