Back after a break need advice

Hey folks,

So I’m back after a long break, about 8 month, and a lot has changed. With all the changes that have happened and are going to happen I would like to know if my builds are still viable or should I reset?

So I have:
S2>H1>C3>D2. Stats about str3/con1/dex1
S1>P1>B3>Dop2 stats full str
A2>R3>SR2 stats str2/dex1

I mainly want to do pve, but would like to hold my own in pvp when I do decide to do it.
Would this builds still work? Or should I change? I’ve read that A2>QS3>SR3 is a better build choice, but I don’t know how dated this guides are and whether this are still relevant.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance guys o/

Technically okay, but I recommend swapping out Highlander for Sword 3, Pain Barrier, Gung ho, and Restrain are too good to ignore, especially since you’re already going Sword 2. You could change Dragoon 2 to Lancer if you like, Lancer is currently better and continues with being mounted, but Dragoon is still a viable choice and will most likely be rebalanced.

Invested stats depend on how you want to play. I recommend going a minimum of 30 CON since you’re two handed, 50-75 is a good number too. Rest should go into STR, with potentially small amounts of investment into DEX.

I recommend removing Pelt and going Highlander, but it can work.

You could put some CON on depending on how you like to play, but full STR is the glass cannon build and it does crazy damage.

Totally fine.

High STR, Low CON, Low/Mid DEX. DEX is more helpful for you mostly because of Limacon, and the general make up of the Archer class.

Sorry I should have specified better, H1 is hoplite. I took one circle of hoplite just to get stabbing and finestra for crit rate, it seems to work well in pve for me when I stack it up with buffs you buy from clerics and galin trident, bosses just melt, there have been times I out dps’d archers. It might fall later levels though (only hitting 200)

Thanks for your reply, I I appreciate it. Taking from that I might reroll doppel though, I took paltesta for taunt but I guess you don’t want to do that if you are a glass canon lol

That makes more sense. I still recommend Sword 3, but Hoplite works fine.

Doppel’s are the best DPS Swordsman right now, they are always a good choice.
