Hi, I am from Japan and was waiting for this game since the last beta test.
Now that it’s open for F2P I still can’t download it from Steam as “Not available in my Region”. When will ToS be available here? thank you.
Nexon JP has a contract with IMC allowing them to run a local version of ToS with an IP block applied to the International version for your region: http://tos.nexon.co.jp/
Unfortunately, you can’t play on this version (Without the use of a VPN).

I live in Japan and I am able to play iToS (Klaipedia). The SEA servers are very slow so I play on the U.S. ones and less lag with people sleeping, pretty nice. First - download the game via a U.S. VPN (Cyberghost is free). Once downloaded (and new players are able to download again - not sure when), you can login and play without using a VPN - just needed for download. Hope this helps
