You can open how many tickets you want, tecnical issue, feedback, general problems, bugs and you will receive this… How is your ticket average satisfaction? 1 star? Something is wrong don’t you think?

What is the porpouse of a ticket system where you never have a good answer?

I don’t even care submitting anything anymore. Obvious bugs like not being able to store more than 127 of the same items (like Nucle) without having to click twice aren’t fixed even when you submit multiple tickets with evidence.
