Team Name: Tetsugawa

Character Name: Hideki

Bug Description : Automatch window shows 100 people waiting on Total Waiting Queue, but nobody really enters. Level 170 dungeon.

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to Forest Prayer.
  2. Stand next to dungeon automatch totem.
  3. Open automatch window.
  4. It shows 100 people waiting.

Seems like i am not the only one who have that issue, after changing channel a couple of time it allow me to match like normal again, but sometimes get bugged and repeat lol.

It’s working for me changing channel but it’s a pain to keep changing channel till you can match

PS: I’m in Orsha Server

This is not the only problem right now! Friends list is not working, chat with a 10s+ delay do appear the message, Lag spike 300+ ping, party with 10+ members, 100 instance dg problem.

fix the SA server IMC

Strange. This is now completely fixed for me after changing computers (desktop to notebook). I’m now able to enter dungeons, do automatch parties with no problems.

Both Core i5, but desktop has a Radeon RX 470, and notebook has Intel HD4000. Both with Windows 10 PRO x64 Creators Update.

Very strange.
