Hello everyone. Is there any autoattack build for swordies after update? 2handed sword or 1 handed spear+dagger/handgun?
Also which build will be better sw3-hop3-sair2 or sw3-hop2-sair3 and why?
I have seen auto attack Cleric (Chaplain)
I have seen auto attack Archer (QS3)
Oh hell I have play auto attack mage (I like it :D)
But never hear about an auto attack … WAIT WHAT?
Warrior THE MELEE CLASS… I CAN’T FIND ANYTHING FOR IT…
DWA Corsair
- it eats stamina per auto-attack, last I heard aspd does not affect auto-attack cycle animation during DWA
ASPD Barbarian
- Frenzy adds +250 aspd at max level. 50 sec duration / 70 sec CD
so back to my question what would be better lvl 15 finestra(hop3) or lvl 10 dwa(sair3)?
You can’t have 100% uptime with barbarian C3 Frenzy
You wanna do auto attack swordie?
Use: Swordsman C3 > Learn Concentrate lv 15 (also passive enchance skill)
The rest is up to you.
I’d recommend focusing on classes with buffs (Peltasta, Hoplite, Barbarian, Doppel, etc)
Just get those buffs on and spam your auto attack
Don’t do full DEX, you will miss a lot, make sure to invest at least 150 STR
And be prepared for the character the be complete garbage at 315+ if you focus on Autoattacks.
I miss the Old DOV 15 Atackspeed…
It was ok and has good aoe.

Right now I’m playing S2>B2->C2 and I’m almost at C3 and I love it. It mobs fast, it bosses fast, and you collect a whole bunch of extra money/loot with pillaging. I’m not sure about end-game, but I’ll update you the further I go if you want.
I chose Barb because Frenzy does stack with DWA and you swing REALLY fast and do a ton of damage. I’m using a Toy Hammer in my main hand and the explosions scale with P.atk, which gets buffed by Gung Ho, Frenzy, and Warcry, on top of proccing really, really fast. The explosions do about 10,000 damage currently too.
It’s incredibly strong, but does eat stam. If you use EXP tomes, you’ll never run out of stam. If you don’t, rank Jolly Roger for 50% stam reduction at 10, or 75% at 15 if you go C3.

i did ask about spear and hoplite in OP, cuz i have both spears maga, brandish and karacha dagger.
I know spear was meta for DWA hop, but I don’t think it’s optimal compared to barb. You’ll get more damage off pistols in offhand compared to Karacha and after the pistol shot buff, it’s an absolutely OP skill. In the event the mobs somehow last long enough to get Fever from Jolly Roger, you’ll get an additional 42% - 57% (10 JR-15 JR) damage on your off-hand.
With Wild Nature, as long as you sprint at least once every 5 or so seconds, you’ll get +100 crit rate on your cleaves as well as bonus slash damage for Dust Devil / Seism and Seism also hits 5 times with 5 Wild Nature stacks.
Frenzy gives an additional 15% of your p.atk at 10 stacks (instead of flat like before) in addition to the speed and Warcry gives 120 p.atk with 5 targets as well as a 10% defense debuff.
It’s pretty strong.
Additional Bonus perks:
Jolly Roger can be used to distract aggro and with its attribute, it has a chance to negate damage while in its radius
Pillaging gets you bonus loot
With restrain 5/5, you have an extremely high chance of stun-locking groups of mobs
Toy Hammer’s splash procs on-hit effects, including restrain
You’ll never have to worry about damage types again with a strong strike, piercing, slash, and missile skills/autos.
EDIT: Go corsair 3, just got it and now I have 100% DWA uptime, can proc restrain with super attack speed with Frenzy from a distance and pistol shot with richochet is INSANE. Walk into a room and 1-shot everything in it. I’m not sure if I’ll go Barb 3 or Murm for C8, gotta see if the build holds up against super high level enemies.

Pure auto-attacker is not an optimal build but you can try this to maximize your AA DPS :
SW2-B3-C2 + Shinobi
However, if you don’t mind about damage type : go for Chaplain.
My barb corsair in 315+. It’s no so trash…

ty for the vid, I thought it’d still be good, it makes no sense for it suddenly not to be.
I have a question though, how are your stats allocated? Also, I’m taking a lot of damage while soloing, do you have high level armor/invest in CON/the armor attributes?
120 dex, 30 spr and con, rest in str. (from comments under video)

Catas are autoatacker!
Since they deal more dmg with autoatck then with their skills xD
