I just started my computer and saw steam already running (icon next to the clock).
I clicked ‘Play’ and the ToS client came up without any messages at all.
No update notice, no thing.
What’s going on here?
The update come throough steam not the patcher this time.

Yeah steam will always automatically update any games you may have in your library for you.
In ToS case i think only big updates will come through steam, smaller patches came through the patcher on the first iCBT, it might happen like that this time too i guess.
Yeah the problem is: I didn’t see anything updating.
So I fear I got left out… paranoid
If you got your game client installed theres no way to miss it out lol.

Is there a way to check if I’m on the latest patch?
If you are able to reach to the login screen i would take that its updated.
Just make sure your steam is not set to not autoupdate or it dont update while other game is running, that could be the only problems i could think of, as last resource, do a integrity check through the library to see if it patch the game.
I got it too… Close it and repatch… It worked for me, maybe might work for u =)
