Auto-Shut Down Problems

Bug Description : Whenever I try to open the game using my Steam client, it only loads until the white screen then shuts down automatically. It started after the update. At first I was able to login, then I went home from work, then downloaded another (yes, a 2nd one) update, then I can’t login anymore. Please help.
