So if i will take 1 point in Ice Blast and Gust this skills will have 15% chanse to freez after making dmg ? If it works than i shoud have this two skills at 1 point for pvp just for freez, am i right ? Ice Blast and Gust can be used on unfrozen units or only on frozen ?
The freeze effect should work with even gust and ice blast. Having one point in gust for cryo is good in general regardless of this staff. I wouldn’t recommend ice blast still though since you do still need the target to be frozen to use it.
