Eh, could be better. Replace Ice property with SP Regen. My Kino doesn’t use Ice.
Ice Property Dmg works the same like Arde Dagger ! Its counted on top of EVERY DMG Number it doesent matter which element your attack or spell has ! Property Attack is OP

Magic Amp is a weak stat and is only worth 0.5 MATK per point.
Essentially it is +31 Ice and +47 MATK, which is alright, but not nearly as good as you think considering MATK can roll up to 42.
By far not the best item. Any property attack roll would be better with a better MATK roll, and there are many dual property attack headgears with MATK on them already on the server.
I’d say probably worth an Arde Dagger or two at best.
maybe not max rolls and yeah 2 property types would be better !
But you have to realize how low are the chances are to get 3 stats + 3 good stats etc… someone calculated the chances of it ! Have fun wasting x million dollar to get the perfect stats and high rolls lol ! i know enough peopel who wasted all there tp from all packs and they where not even close to this stats which is around 200 dollar per person ! the calculated money you need to get an item with 3 stats you want where around 3000+ Dollar ! if you where one of the persons that dont get a got one from all your TP then you would realize how cheap it is!

Well the hat has nice stats, but it’s not cute or cool itself =(
And I don’t think it’s interesting with this price now… maybe a few month later when a lot of people will make +15 gloves and staffs.
Personally I’d buy this for 500k now.
