Attribute points missing?Need clarification whether is it misleading text info

I didn’t notice this until later. 1st day of patch my character is originally shinobi and I reset rank but I still rank back up to shinobi with some other ranks changed. I checked I have 4k+ attributes points at that time and im not token user then. so I had to wait time out learning attributes. I was learning shinobi:ninja walk attribute and the next day reset was up and I decided to reset my rank again but the attribute is still learning I thought shouldn’t be a problem yet after reset I notice now im down to 2k+ attr points instead of 4k.

so I have no idea is it due to attributes in learning time and doing a rank reset causes the points to be lost?

Do you drink your skill reset potion when you rank reset ? If you don’t, that would explain the difference because the Rank Reset Voucher doesn’t reset attributes you already learnt.

Also, to get rid of the learning time, Steam has included a 7-day token in a free DLC.

Do I have to do it in order? also nope I did not drink the skill reset since just using rank reset also reset the skills thus I never thought the need to use the skill reset. But its also weird that only the 1st time reset I have 4k points and now till this current date I only have 2k points.
Also thx for the 7day token free dlc I took it like on the 3rd day of the event.
just a small note shinobi:ninja walk cost 1800points one lv max takes 24hrs to learn =,=’’’

ok new day of reset,

1. reset rank, rank up to current rank7, check attributes point 2k.
2. reset skills. check attributes point its the same as before 2k points.

so im guessing you lose points when attribute is learning and you reset your rank.
currently im on token so I might try it again at in few days time when my token expire and see if really attributes that is on going learning time and you reset rank takes away the attribute points

ok I need some clarification or they need to rephrase the text on canceling attributes.

previous problem I said about my missing attributes. which today I figured out the problem is canceling attribute that is learning in progress. If you cancel it says silver spent wont be refunded but it doesn’t say the points bought wont be refund. which makes it slight misleading.
which is why I lost 1800 points when I was learning shinobi:ninja walk attribute and decided to cancel it off since you cant have attributes in learning progress to do rank reset.
So I assumed the game text says it wont refund the silver spent if I cancel the learning but instead will return the points which infact doesn’t return the points.

So could the dev fix rephrase the text if a player decide to cancel attributes learning in progress. its kinda confusing really if you think about it when silvers are needed to spent into points and its the points that we are spending to learn attributes.
