Attribute damage, and attributes in general aren't working?

Anyone notice this?
Felt my damage a bit off ever since the previous patch, and about sure of it now.

Usually I can do a solo clear of 130 for silver in 30-35 minutes, not super fast or painfully slow, but I’m alrite with it since my build isn’t massive aoe like an elementalists that can do it in 10.
Which makes my attribute damage important in cutting down my time.
I have at least +50% attribute damage in most used spamming moves.
But ever since the patch, its taking me 45-50 even when I feel I’m not taking breaks at all, meaning the attribute damage isn’t getting applied.

Direct skill attributes seem to not be applied either.
For example,
my Spiral Arrow.
its natural cooldown is 36secs.
it has an attribute you can buy to increase its crit rate by 13% per pt to a max of 42%, in exchange, this also increases its cooldown by 7secs to 42secs.

I have the attribute on, but alas, its cooldown is 36 instead of 42.
This applies to every attribute I have, those that increase mana or cd in exchange for its benefit, the increase isn’t there. and most of my stuff you can’t really confirm if its really working because my crit rate is already high.

But the attribute damage is something noticeable.

Noticing this with weapons too.

I’m a cryo1 with an audra staff.

and my max icewall is 6 instead of 8 with the audra staff stat bonus.

I can confirm that turning on attributes that give cooldown penalties do not give said penalty, which I assume means that they do not work at all…ugh

yep.
for example, my falcon’s call: item, is a natural 15sec cooldown.
in exchange for +10sec cd, it has a 50% chance to bring an item (usually junk)

it has not gotten me any item at all since the patch in the many times i used it even though its turned on and remains as a 15sec cooldown

Surprised this is not getting more attention…

Was a ticket created or a thread made in the bug reports forum?
