Atrribute: Increased maximum buff count (wizard) bugged?

Bug Description :
I am currently wizard c1 cryo c2, by definition this means that i had reached wizard class rank 15 and then switched job to cryo.
However, the wizard trainer states that i require class rank 5 to be able to learn increased buff count.
Naturally either the description or the attribute itself is bugged.

You reached Class Level 15.

You are only Class Rank 3.

Wizard c1 is Rank 1.
Cryo c1 is Rank 2.
Cryo c2 is Rank 3.

You have 2 more job changes to go to get to Rank 5.
