Bug Description :
I reseted my ranks in the last rank reset event. But i stoped playing for a while and didnt leveled back the skills, ranks, atributes etc. And my atributes were reseted too, but i didnt leveled then back too. Today, with this event, i returned to the game but im not able to get my atributes back. 
I dont know why and how to fix that. I already spent more then 10m in the past.
Please, i need this solved fast because im losing this fantastic event because i dont have atribute points to put.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Reseted ranks and cant level back the atributes
