At what base level do you reach class level 15 during rank 7?

Well the title says it all. I just wanna know?

My friend reached class 15 at level 277.
My Plague Doctor reached class 15 at 275.

I think it varies if you used some/all exp cards or you grind till class 15.

I got 15 class on 278 lvl (about 10% in).

Level 275 with mostly quests and just grinded at Demon Prison and after Alemeth.
