Unless we have a dedicated team for iToS for in-game issues like this,I feel like things like this won’t get proper attention.The staff is from South Korea,some obviously not fluent in English,and I think that adds an extra step to every process they do in our version.
Staff on both the forum and in-game fluent in English [and perhaps Spanish] would give us a drastic improvement on response time for tickets and bot reports.I think @STAFF_John is pretty helpful [and funny],but we need more like him.More Julie’s wouldn’t hurt either.
It would also show a real commitment to our version,and prove that we aren’t on the backburner to kToS.So hopefully this gets looked at sometime in the near future.
