Pretty straight forward, its not a whiney I want free stuff thread. This game has a cash shop and they are selling virtual goods for real money, as such buyers are entitled to certain expectations from the purchased virtual goods. One of the main reasons people buy a token is for the 3rd dungeon run allowed per day, I myself have now lost 27 dungeon runs since Friday and wasted 1 of my 2 instant reset vouchers from the box event.
Assuming we can actually enter dungeons again tomorrow I hope to see more then 1 lame reset voucher compensation in my mailbox, we not only lost 3 days of the ability to solo dungeons we have lost countless hours over the last few weeks smashing our spacebars to even get into our daily runs.

Could you please specify what server you are on? I barely had problems with the dungeon entrance in Silute.

Guessing he’s on Klaipedia, but yea, this whole weekend was a wash in terms of instances. And as I understand it, we’ll be able to enter dungeons no problem tomorrow, at least, for a few days. Someone else explained it in another thread and unfortunately I don’t have a link. Seemingly what happens is that at maintenance, the servers are rebooted so we get a fresh start and everyone can enter instances just fine. As the week wears on, dungeon servers crash and go offline without being rebooted. So as we get towards the end of the week, it becomes increasingly hard to get an instance by simply entering (apparently the dungeon queues run off a different server). I’m not sure if I explained it well enough as I’m paraphrasing from memory, but my understanding is that until they actually do regular maintenance to keep servers for instances online or just increase the amount available, the issue will happen every single week.

Bots have always run the 132 dungeon for 750k silver a day, this is nothing new, the capacity issues did not start until IMC ninja nerfed all our channels forcing the 6,000 players left into the same 2 channels in most open world maps, which on Klaipeda is crippling b/c 85% of our server can be found in the same 6 maps the majority of any given day.

When it first started happening on and off,I could understand still using a voucher if you still got in most of the time.
But why anyone would use a voucher in the last week or so is beyond me.People have been talking about spamming Enter/Spacebar all week and hardly anyone getting runs,so I don’t know why someone would waste vouchers or time trying.

Friday at 12:01 was when I popped my voucher b/c I had just got my previous 3 runs in, its been taking me 5-30min to get in every time for 2wks but eventually I would get in, this is no longer the case now, I spent 4 hours trying to get in Friday night, I haven’t been able to get back in since, have just been working on a new lowbie alt in the meantime and trolling the forums a bit.

It can be a little frustrating in Klai… But, if you’re able to run your dungeons early in the day or late at night it’s usually not too big of a deal.
Hopefully the patch handles some of the issues with it, especially with Saalus now giving exp.

A reset scroll or two would be nice… But I’m not sure I personally care. I just spent my ToS time doing world map stuff instead. 10 levels and more then 10mil richer off a couple nights of solo zen time. I missed some cards but I think I had more fun exploring, grinding, and having a steady stream of income from frequent drops rather then the RNG boxes.
It’s not that I don’t sympathize with you,but:
Why? Why waste that much time? I realize you had just gotten some runs in, which is great, but anything more than say…20 minutes trying is probably a waste of time. You could be grinding elsewhere for EXP if that’s what you’re after. If it’s drops or silver then I understand a bit more, but that much time spent on it when you know what the chances are is only going to add to your frustration.Especially when items are thrown in. Until you see people saying in a big majority that they’re getting just fine and quickly,then I wouldn’t bother.

agreed but its the same reason people watch all of an Leonardo DiCaprio movie, you know its horrible but you keep telling yourself at somepoint its going to get good, then the next thing you know the credits roll and you realize you are 2 hours closer to your own death and you will never get that time back (inception, shutter island, you get the idea) - Friday night I jus kept thinking that it was bound to let me in soon b/c people would all be going to bed, that’s why I gave up sat/sun

And Friday night is like prime player time,as well as most of the weekend.The playerbase averages 20-something in age,so Friday after 5ish through Sunday is gonna be more crowded than usual for things like that.

maybe for the revenant? not sure but did you actually watch that movie, the entire movie was about him getting jailraped by a grizzly bear and then not dying…doesn’t take much to get an Oscar nowdays

Even the time doesn’t seem to matter. We couldn’t enter a dungeon as a full group while spamming enter for 35 minutes around 7 am on Saturday. We hd to finally queue to get in and even that was an ordeal (losing a member and taking over 20 minutes to get in).

This has just me hit hard b/c with 1300 hours played now I’m pretty burnt out so I really just like to log in and solo my 9 runs for about 2.3mil a day, that lets me continue to level my attributes on my mains, you know the point where they are 800k per point, gets pretty absurd. I’vd rolled so many characters since the start, just really have to force myself to do that again and when I do I can only tolerate 4 or 5 maps before having to log off.

I lost 10m silver minimum worth of runs and I’ve been trying to save up in anticipation of new content and rank 8 so they better do it right this patch. When things like this happens, even shtty publishers respond within a day for a hotfix but we didn’t even hear one staff respond to one of the threads.
