Why is better Mandara 2 star vs 3 stars?
No enough heal?
RIP I have Mandara 3 stars 440… 
Well, yeah, pretty much, since 3 stars gives him an extra skill, even if the heal is off cd, he might still cast the other skill, wich takes a lot of time to cast btw
The 2 stars version will cast the heal pretty much every time its off cd, and since thats the whole reason people pick Mandara, welp, 2 stars is better
Alternatively, you can go with a 3 star Organ or a 3 star Asiomage, both cast heals at 3 stars, but are more useful than Mandara overall
