Aspergillum scaling in higher levels

So, as I have said in my former thread, I wont be able to be a chaplain until Rank 6 because I forgot that the job requisite is a priest 3 and i chose krivis in Rank 4 so in order to be a chap, I need to get Priest 3 in Rank 5 first :frowning: SMH

Whats done is done so anyway, I’ve read a lot of threads and posts mentioning that your aspergillum will be your main damaging skill but it will only be that effective upto level 200 only because monsters beyond that level will have a very high HP.

Is this really true? If so, wont I be able to enjoy content beyond lv200 on my own? It’s now making me think twice on going chaplain on rank 6 because I would be level 176 (if my calculations are right) by then and I’d only enjoy soloing for 24 levels before I reach 200. Now I’m not sure if it’s still worth ot or nahh.

Any suggestions or thoughts for an alternative class or any other way around this?

My supposed class build is
Cleric1>Priest3>Krivis1>Chap>PD

Any thoughts or suggestions would dooooo. Thanks!!!

you can, but there are only a few maps where you would have an advantage. And seeing as you took Krivis that means your Safety Zone won’t be as strong, you really need it if you want to solo, mobs will hurt and have knockdowns/etc.

Workshop is a nice place, but you really need to rely on Safety Zone for that.

Cleric>preist3>krivis>cleric2>PD is a thing though, but of course soloing potential is weaker

Some people do go krivis 1 for chap pd build. The buff count and 2 extra debuffs seems to be what they’re after. They seem to be confident in their support skills so they opt for something more flexible. Healing factor on pd makes you hard to kill.

Thanks for your suggestion. I’ll look into it. Actually thats my first option when I started as a cleric but I considered Capella of chap to be a good skill too because I can like, cast two stone skins consecutively. Wouldn’t that be good enough for defense?

Out of topic: your picture fits perfectly in this thread. Lol!

I honestly chose krivis because of that two extra debuffs for incinerate and Daino for flexibility. But its a long way before I get to be a PD. I just hope the chap skills and damage output would be enough to lvl until then.

From what i heard chaplains buffed autos fall of from 220 too 280. Im still only a low level chap so i don’t know what the end game content is like. Im high int build so i can atleast do some damage when soloing. I was deciding between druid c2 and c2 cleric PD as my last 2 ranks but decided on c2 cleric pd. Because of healing factor and bloodletting on pd as well as the extra safety zone blocks. Sure druid has decenr damage and the 10sec invincible but i feel as if c2 cleric pd offers more for solo and party play. But please do look around the cleric section more and get some ideas then decide what you like. But it looks to me like you’ll be krivis pd which is pretty good as well. People showed some good results from where you’ll probably end up.

Yeah it would, but monsters that knock you down or do knockbacks are a major pain, Elmas in particular. I couldn’t really think of other maps where you would have great solo potential with auto attacks. But with the current lineup of popular grinding maps Workshop seems to fit perfect for chaplain with a good safety zone.

And yes Mary is the best Cleric!
