Aspana dissapared , Well done!

So today at 23:45 (BRT) I went to extract gems of my aspana to get my aspana back and when I finished the process my aspana just dissapeared. I have no reaction to what happend I just hope that u guys give me back what is mine since it wasn’t my fault… and I heard that tons of ppl already got a weapon that dissapared or something.

Maybe if u guys acess ur database or something it’s easier to check it.

I’m a bit confused by what you mean there. You only have two choices:

  1. Extract the shards, losing the item but recovering 90% of the blessed shards invested in the item (uses Hammer of Dismantlement).

  2. Extract the item, losing the shards but allowing you to trade said item again as it was before transcedence (uses Spell Rod).

If you extracted the gems (as you said), you fall into option 1. You got your shards back, but the item was destroyed, as it should be. If you were trying to get your Aspana back, you should’ve extracted the item (option 2).

If your “Gems” is blessed gems then yes what others said, its true. (YOu should read the warnings game gives instead of blindly pressing buttons. Serves you right).
If it was red gems on the 3 slots then it might be a bug. Bcz those gem extraction makes the gems you extract lose 1 lvl (and lv1 gems gets destroyed). Weapon remains intact.

Basic stuff , right?! I extracted the gems (shards) to get my aspana back… in the end I didn’t got my aspana or not even shards.

I had one aspana +19 … I am not that “dumb” to make a mistake that would cost it…

Now that’s a bug. You should be getting shards back if you used hammer of dismantle.
You should be getting pistol back if you used spell rod.

What did you use though? Hammer or spell rod?

What you mean by you “I extracted the gems (shard) to get your Aspana back”…?
If you clicked on Extract Blessed Gems, you are asking the Blacksmith to destroy the weapon, and have your Blessed back.
If you wanted to cancel the transcendence and have your weapon back, you should have clicked on the other option

I used spell rods since I had like 16 on my inventory :slight_smile:

You mean “Extract Item” option, right?

Yep, Extract Blessed destroys the items and give your Blessed back (roughly 90%)

Extract Item cancels the Transcendence (you lose the shards) but you get the item back

I know I was even talking with a friend when it all happend… I’m a little ready to IMC say something about: “sry we can’t do anything about it” :frowning:

As I said before I was with one aspana +19 so I know the option that I used :wink: it’s really not my fault that it dissapeared

Well since you are saying you didnt get any of those (irrespective of choice you made), assuming you aren’t lying(and since its IMC. anything is possible) it seems to be a bug. But send a ticket and wait put for response i would say.

Already did as well, now I’m waiting to get auto message I guess?! I still remember one friend that got a Black Horn +17 dissapeared while he was moving it to team storage and he got crashed, when he logged on again it just !poof" MAGIC! gone
