If I maximize Finestra skill ( +10Cri rate by 1 level skill ) of Hoplite (lv.15 +Cri rate150) and I also wear this spear,
will it add 20 Cri rate ( Increases all Hoplite skill levels by 2 - effect from spear ) or not because I already have level 15 Finestra skill.

Yes the skills on ToS dont have a “max level” so ur finest ill become lvl 17 and give u 170 critical rate

Yes, It will become to Finestra LV 17 with +170Cri
then if you get “Divine Might” from Cleric, it will be Finestra LV 18
