Bug Description :
It has been discovered that any ART that is not linked to any skill remains its effect even when class switching happens. I have the tiger hunter video, but unfortunately it happens with all the arts below.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Put tiger hunter in the build;
- Learn the [Arts] Tiger Hunter: Bounty Hunter;
- Put ART icon on the skill bar;
- And exchange Tiger Hunter for another class.
