[ARTS] blossom slash : Enhance Upgrade

I just learn arts for blossom slash its at level 1, it says I need a certain amount of attribute points which
I do but i cant seem to press to upgrade it to level it , am i doing something wrong or do I need something else to lvl the arts skill. I have 115k attribute points.

1 tome = 1 level.
20 level = 20 tome.

ah ok thanks man that makes a lot of sense so i have to cradt another 19 times
