Art bugged out by Ep10 Attribute Point Voucher for Arts

Bug Description :
I crafted the Leather Mastery: Animal Instinct using the free unidentified mystic tome from ep10 yesterday. Upon using it with the free attribute point voucher for arts i received the aforementioned bugged out. Shown in the screen shot near the top right of skill window the art has 3600 points allocated but unable to press save to confirm and is kept at lv1. Neither pressing the + or reset button works. Cancel button at the bottom doesn’t work as well. I tried resetting my barbarian to another class and reset back but the problem still persist.

Not entirely sure if this is reproducible because I am a New player and this is my first time choosing this particular Art and using it with the Art Attribute voucher.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Craft Mystic Encyclopedia: Swordsman Book III with Ep10 Unidentified Mystic Tome
  2. Choose and use Mystic Tome (Leather Mastery: Animal Instinct)
  3. Upon confirmation choose and use tome with Ep10 Attribute Point Voucher for Arts
  4. Receive said Arts in the Barbarian Tree greyed out with 3600 points and stuck

This is not a bug. Arts that have multiple levels require multiple books to upgrade, and you can never use the plus button to level them up.

This art requires 10 books to be made to max the level.

Thanks for the clarification. I assume for the points already allocated as 3600 means in the future for every book I use I will need 3600 for each level or I don’t need to spend anymore attribute points until lv10?
