Armor sets give additional bonusses?

I currently have 2x roxona’s plate items 1x glove and 1x boots. But if i get the other 2 parts do i get a additional bonus because i use all the items from the same set? or can i just equip any other plate items.

Set items will say whether or not they have a set bonus. Roxona unfortunately does not have a set bonus.
