It drops from Chupacabra, a super weak monster that spawn in abundance and the only real use for it is a glove that loses out to Vubbe Fighter Gauntlet.
So yes it’s ‘cheap’.
It’s also used for a white tiger mask! But yea, despite being “rare” it’s not that hard to get. I farmed up 16 for my mask in probably less than an hour.
It’s not that rare. I believe It’s in the 1% drop chance category. Which is pretty high considering it drops from easy to kill, abundantly found, monsters.
