Also are you using any add-ons? I would recommend deleting them and re-installing the game if so.

Same VGA error everytime i use telekinesis with my psychokino the game stops working, curious thing this happens often when i’m on dungeons, outside them is not that frequently but still happens.
I use No Add-ons at all.
