I agree with everything above. Has anyone read the Mushoku Tensei web novel/manga? It’s not MMO related but one of my favorite stories of all time.
Also the speech from that Log Horizon episode was ridiculously long that it actually made me laugh. I sat through the whole episode thinking ‘what the hell were they thinking making this speech so damn long?’

its was kinda like watching a slice of life anime the 1st couple of eps, until manato is kill and mary shows up lol.
The whole anime was slow. And it was about killing goblins for half the anime while all the characters groveled in misery over Manato. Honestly it was kind of annoying but I can understand at what the anime was getting at. It hurts to lose someone you’re close to. The ending was pretty good if I do say so myself, as well as the art and music overall.

yea i was relieved at the end since they actually went yolo and killed ■■■■ inside the mines lol, what pissed me off though was the part where haruhiro just goes and solos death spots, wtf lol, suddenly he goes all kirito on us, he already has the bitches on lockdown and now hes an op fucker.

why do people hate accel world? just because the protagonist is small and fat and not a pretty boy bishounen doesnt qualify him as a good protagonist.
Overlord was really good. I enjoyed it and would like to read the light novel sometime if it gets fully translated someday. Accel World wasn’t that bad. The protagonist wasn’t bad in it either. Better than some thick headed dumbass gary sue you see in a lot of romcom or action anime. XD
