For days now I’ve been stuck on a dead map. It logged me out of the game but I can log onto any other character.
I wrote to support and they said it was a connection issue without even reading what I wrote and then told me to take a screenshot of my character to prove I’m unable to log into that character. They closed my ticket instead of doing the 2 minutes worth of work to move me.
I can’t play my main and it takes forever for them to respond. This is ridiculous.
