Arde Dagger vs Ledas Shield

Hello there!

I’m new here so I’m sorry if someone already asked this before (I didn’t find anything tho).

I was wondering if Ledas Shield is a good choice compared to Arde Dagger.

I’m currently at lvl 120ish Pelt>Hop2 going Hop3>Dop>Dragoon. So I’ll be taking the 2h Spear only at higher levels.

I know that the fire damage on the Dagger is higher than the ice damage on the Ledas Shield but is it comparable for those who can’t put their hands on a dagger or don’t want to constalty swap between Spear/Shied to Spear/Dagger?

Also don’t want to keep wasting my DG runs on 90 rushes lol. I can buy one dagger, but if the shield is worth it I might try a few more days for one.

Well shield is for shield stuff, extra atk is nice but moot to a point. Useful solo not much worth pt wise if tank focus.

Arde offers a considerable boost, and if dpsing is very important. The atk just synergizes better in a dps role. Also pve solo u kill things faster so there is that.

::Shrug:: preference also is important.
