i am using normal staff, storm staff i think and plan to get arde dagger. But i am not sure how does arde dagger offers in terms of dps increase? can someone explain to me?

It will give +153 elemental damage to all ur spells, so using for example rod + arde dagger will give u much more damage than any staff u can get at your level. I mean, u can play around the staff without bothering buying an arde and u will be ok cause ur magic missile 1-shot everything anyway. But if u have the chance, switch to rod + arde.
