Hello, everyone.
I need your opinion on a slight altercation that I had with another player.
My Hubby and I were running the level 90 dungeon for the first time today. Our party came across a part of a dungeon where there was a very small ramp ascending up to another area of the map.
Everyone in my party except for one player, an Archer with Ranger 3, had made it 1/2 up the ramp when I casted Ice Wall in order for the us to attack some mobs up ahead.
However, with how small the ramp was, I ended up trapping the Ranger on the other side of the wall for 15 seconds. The Ranger then became angry and told me not to use Ice Wall anymore. My Hubby then got into an argument with the Ranger and basically stated that they were entitled to get their way because they deal 3,000 dmg per normal arrow (a lot of damage that I didn’t see from anyone through out the run)
Later during the run, the Ranger said begrudgingly told that I could cast Ice Wall, just not to block them anymore.
My question is that I as completely wrong for trapping them with Ice Wall? It wasn’t really my intention but it happened. I would have apologized for it but it feels like the Ranger went too far by literally saying that they were special and more important than me because they deal a lot more damage. Maybe I’m being overly dramatic but I don’t know… It just feels like they were being too egotistical there.
