Archer skills do not work 70% of the time

So, I’ve started playing ToS with the EA launch, and I have rolled an Archer(now a Ranger) and I’ve been having an issue with using skills.
Sometimes they don’t work. At all.

Now, if I was playing solo I’d probably think that’s some weird mechanic I don’t understand, but that’s not the case. My friend also rolled and archer and she can spam specials as much as she wants until she drains all the mana or whatever.

I can only use specials at certain times, such as boss battles, but at other times, they rarely work. Auto-attack works just fine, tho.

I was wondering if anyone is experiencing a similar issue and if there’s a fix?

Not sure, but I think this is just a generic automated reply

I sent them another ticket containing the screenshot, but they still haven’t replied.

C3 archer here. Didn’t noticed any troubles with skills. Record your gameplay (F12 key) and show what’s wrong with your skills

There’s nothing to record bruh, because nothing happens. Only auto attack works.

If you mean using a barrage and getting stuck without it firing, it seems related to latency. I get this at peak times, at least.
