all the other exclusives from exchange shop are there

New gachas are always released on the first tuesday of the month and it remains for 2 weeks.
Older gacha costumes are released on Exchange Point (EP) Shop 2 months after its release.
So it’s very likely for the Archer Sailor costume to be released on EP shop in May 2nd.

No, they do not.
But if you carefully look at their release dates they follow a pattern.

The pattern excludes the november release though as it was released on the 7th day, instead of 1st which was also a tuesday…so possibly they only release on the first tuesday of a complete week within the month… since in the first month of the november 2016 monday was october 31st.
The latest EP costume releases were the White Rose ones (https://treeofsavior.com/news/?n=837), they were released as Gacha prizes in February, which is 2 months from now.
