cuz honestly no idea what to pick for r7 -> BM2

Didn’t notice the crossbow. Maybe there will be added a new type of sub-weapon, the Double Pistol.

No, most if not all Musket skills are exclusive to rifles AFAIK. You’ll probably be forced to go with a non-weapon-type-exclusive class for your R7 filler, utility classes maybe like Falcon1, Scout1, Rogue1 or Appraiser (if it’s not in your build yet).

They won’t,it will be the same thing what SR has Xbow for main with a pistol as a sub weapon.

I think its more of a skill like Murmillo’s helmet.

Skill that enables you to use 2 pistols as weapons.

I dunno, that would be convenient, but it kind of makes no sense? Give one pistol to a Bullet Marker, and poof! a second copy of the pistol appears :no_mouth:??

Having said that. Adding a new type of weapon for each new class is silly too.

Yes, but the real question is - will BM skills be enough for consistent damage? And yeah, I do have those classes, but it still seems like there is just too much space.

Maybe switching to Musket and shooting stuff from time to time would be helpful as fillers? Musket dmg modifiers look nice even on c1. Good thing archers have autoswitch, even if laggy.

Yeah it could be that the class was built around Archer’s ability to auto-switch. Hopefully, they improve that mechanic as well since it has issues of its own (delay, buggy damage calculation which I’m not sure if resolved already, etc.)

Post new ui patch I don’t have any delay issue with autoswap.

It is pretty smooth so far.

Oh, lame. At least I don’t have to buy a 2nd Manabanana now though. Guess I’ll just take Ranger 3 since im an Appraiser .-.

noticed that the bullet marker has a crossbow behind, and if you noticed when the char walked around 0:26-0:29 it was holding the crossbow. I guess the it only uses the pistol for BM skills just like what SR does.

seems like new theorycraft for possible builds here but i bet getting Appraiser will be key for the builds here

Btw, yeah, I finally found strength to do some levelling and turned my 160 archer into 278 musketeer yesterday (thx IMC for all the resets and stuff, wow, team level 30 to 48 in 3 hrs, levelling 2 pets simultaneously really helps). Autoswitch seems fine.

Idk tho if they fixed that nasty problem when the damage was calculated incorrectly during autoswitch. Back when my guild played, we did tests on the matter and it was all messed up. But that was long time ago.

That said, Musketeer1 is starting to feel like a good filler class for BM2, granted you take no other dmg classes, like Arch3-Sc1-Ro1(or Appraiser)-Falc1-Musk1-BM2

Also, switching between 2 pistols and a rifle is totally my thing! Yay~ I just hope switching to rifle wouldn’t break some BM’s buff or smth (like switching to Rapier with Finestra ON)

I dont know if IMC is going to continue their design with gunslingers, but the dual pistol gunslinger in their old game were PvE centric characters there were build players for daily boss rushing. They dish out so much bullets that in the past that your bullets inventory stock will run out of ammo in just an hour of gameplay.

Bullet Marker seems to have the same skills set Double Gun Shot stance in GE as in the video. I presume there is going to be a self-buff called “WEST RAID”, increase aspd but lower the accuracy, as the basic pistol stances in GE had that self-buff.

no, she holding 2 gun at all time. I thing its either dual wield is a buff that can copy her gun or the crossbow in her back is just a part of her costume

I think that bit would be unlikely. I mean, if you then equip a normal crossbow it would clip with the costume.
And we both know that IMC would never bother to code something that would display the current equipped crossbow as a part of a costume.

Bullet Marker looks pretty flashy but i’m still planning to go archer2>sapper3>falcon3>musket1. The combination of Circling+Aiming+Snipe is devastating - done it many times with party members, but now the combo will be possible solo.

I plan on coming back to ToS and create a archer. What do you guys think will be a good class combi with BM? Ofc its only speculation since we dont know the skills.

Ar3-Sc1-(Ro1/Appr1)-Falc1-(Musk1/Can1)-BM2 - cannon or musket as filler damage skills, take canon if you need AoE and compatibility with arrow skills; with musket you will not be able to use those at all; best build for PvP, probably; Appraiser may probably outshine Rogue1, especially with Canoneer1; finally, if you are strongly into PvP, you may want to add Sapper1 instead of Archer3, to explode magic circles of clerics from distance ---- above build built on presumption BM2 will dish out OK damage

Ar3-Wugu3-(Falc1/Sc1/Can1)-BM2 - wugushi-based

Ar2-Sap3-Sc1-Falc1-BM2 - sapper based, current meta for PvE, strong AoE

modifications of those builds are also possibly viable.
