Arcade Stick + Keyboard?

Is it possible to use an arcade stick paired with a keyboard to play this game? I was wondering if this would be possible as the arcade stick I own is registered as an xbox 360 controller.

I’ve played several isometric games on an arcade stick for fun and I found them to be quite enjoyable. Seeing as ToS uses eight-directional movement as well as hotkeys to carry actions, do you think I’d be able to play capably?

The only issue would be the amount of keys you can bind to an arcade stick, but I could put any other necessary binds on my keyboard.

If it work like a Xbox controller it will work fine for you, i use controller + mouse (mouse only to check on inventory shops stats and skill points).

I used my xbox 360 controller on last test and its wonderful, you use LT and RT L and R to redirect which shortkey you use as a set of 4 keys each set.
