Apraisser Quest is bugged i think

Bug Description : Uska dont gime the option ´´talk about the importance of an apraisser master´´ after talk with the fencer master and orshas’s accessory merchant (and the two of them already talk me about apraisser), and Uska give me a quest abour the onmyoji (idk if this can be done with an archer character) intead the apraisser master quest.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. talk with fencer master about apraisser (with an archer character)
2. talk with the orshas’s accessory merchant about apraisser
3. talk with Uska but he dont give me the option ´´talk about the importance of an apraisser master´´
4. im stuck and i cant do the apraisser master unlock quest (i do this hiden quest with another character years ago and i dont have this problem)
