Apraisser Quest IS BUGGED AGAIN

Bug Description :The quest is bugged in the part that you need to talk to the Apraisser Sandra after you talk to the lord of Orsha, She is not giving me any dialog I don’t know what to do, I literally repeated all the prior steps and don’t talk to me, I also have the Royal Order signed by everyone before you can read that.
There is crearly a bug going on. Please fix it. Thanks
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Do all the steps for the Apraisser Quest
  2. I got the Royal Order Document
  3. I talk to everyone Until the lord of orsha, then I went to Sandra in Fedimian and she don’t talk to me
  4. I reaped the whole quest, She still haven’t give me any dialog

Are you sure you did everything?

After getting the signatures, there’s are a few more steps before talking to Appraiser Sandra.

  1. Inesa Hamondale (Lord of Orsha), Commander Vacenin (Entrance of Kateen Forest)
    Get their signatures (talking to them with the Order).
    Right click the Order in your inventory to get 3 messages.
    -The Royal Order smells slightly of chemicals.
    -The empty space between contents and the first signature are far too wide.
    -The Royal Order looks a little suspicious. Someone Ought to know about it.
  1. Inesa Hamondale (Orsha)
    Talk about the gap and the chemical smell.

Are you sure you talked to Inesa Hamondale?
