Appraiser quest bug again?!

Bug Description :
server klaipedia. it on time 10am. 4 hour after server reset. did on other char before same time. waiting for Driekple Flower to spawn to water it, and its not spawning on any channel. did the new patch today affect it?

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. appraiser quest up to Driekple Flower part
  2. Driekple Flower wont spawn

Camp a bit longer for it.

Did you find out if it spawned yet? Or if it is bugged? I’m at this part in quest and person I’m camping with said they have been here for 4 hours. 2 hours have past since i joined and no spawn yet.

The quest is bugged in the part that you need to talk to the Apraisser Sandra after you talk to the lord of Orsha, She is not giving me any dialog I don’t know what to do can someone help me please.
