Appraiser and Rank Reset Question

Hi there. Im None and I started playing ToS for about a week now and I’m currently a level 256 Musketeer going on A2 - QS3 - Fal1 - M.

I decided to rank reset and instead of QS3, I’ll go with Sapper 3 and go do the Appraiser quest line and then go Musketeer.

If in the future, If I decided to reset my rank, will i have to do the hidden quest line for Appraiser again? It’s no big deal for me to farm the items in the quest but it does take a lot of time which is kind of a drag.

You were able to find the flowers?! I been searching Gytas flower for 2 days… nothing!
What server? im in Orsha.

I’m playing at Telsai. Still currently waiting for the flower. I hate the spawn timer -.-

i keep hearing that it was around 3 hours. Been here rotating the 4 spawn locations for 3 hours now making sure to check the spots every 15 mins or so

I been doing the same, for like 12 hours in total, switching channels… nothing, sent a ticket to @Staff and this is what i got…

TLDR; Keep grinding… >.>
This is the stupidest quest ever man, on any game i had played before, grinding wouldnt be an issue, but i only have like 3 hours a day to play, waiting on a flower to continue playing its just plain stupid…

Hmmm, either the quest is bugged or my luck is just bad right now. I’ll have to park this quest for now and continue it tomorrow. I’ll try to restrict myself on one channel since I’m not sure if switching channels "resets’ the flower’s timer. I’ll be more prepared with a stopwatch/alarm every 15 mins for 3-4 hours and see if it does appear.

IMC being IMC, well, you are not a jobless person who can spend 8 hours waiting on a plant and YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE? Well… we might chang… NAH! go play other games we are not doing anything for you guys.

I really liked this game when it came in 2015/2016, i even payed the early access and left because all the troubles, now i give it a second chance and i get this same support and cancerous quests… sad thing is, im not the only one with this problem.

@none825763 Switch channel will definitely reset the timer for that channel if it becomes empty

I dont think that’s true @samtsui86, or i am not understanding something…

1- When you are in the lodge picking a char and you select a channel, channels show 0/X players, and if you leave your game in that flower map, should be showing how many players are in the channel right?

2- Even if i dont check the previous ^
I’ve moved through out the map and i dont see a single person, so changing channel is not reseting the timer :frowning:

I’ve always been told it reset the timer but I’ve also never done the quest before so it’s not first hand experience.

It would be great if at least any @staff could answer that, if the timer gets reset when you change channel if no one else is there…

6 hours in and still no flower. I didn’t change channels because that would reset the spawn timer. Checked all 4 spawn locations with a party and still no spawn. I’m so ready to give up :frowning:

Update. Just got the flower with the help of PT members. On that PT, I missed 2 chances to get it which took way longer. It spawned 3 hours after but the last one spawned at 2 hours which was weird. Anyways… good luck to you guys.
