Upon opening steam, I’ve noticed that my ToS is “missing” in the steam library, as I checked the files that have could have potentially caused it, I saw that my appmanifest file was blank.
I have tried editing the appmanifest files for steam to be “recognize” it but it instead continues to download and edits the file back.
So If there any copies of the appmanifest (solutions are also welcome), I kindly request to paste it to the thread.
Edit: Fixed. GL to whoever has this problem.
