AOE Attack Ratio not being applied through enchants

Bug Description :
Apply AOE Attack Ratio through Enchant Jewels
Aoe Attack Ratio in status window doesn’t increase
Aoe Attack Ratio in applicable skills also doesn’t increase
Logging in and out or switching characters doesn’t fix the issue
Other enchants seems to be applied properly, but not AOE Attack Ratio

Do you have any other AoE Attack Ratio enchant equiped? because enchants of the same type dont stack, it just takes the higher value, the AoE AR enchant works normally for me /:
