I want some feedback on this build, on paper it kinda sucks because you have to dismount for cyclone…but who know I heard its OP in battleleague/duels.
sword3/cata3 is a completed build anything rank7 is icing on the cake.

I see in some list that the TOP 2 on PVP Rank was using this build.
Also heard about that.
that’s what id go as personally. i see much more benefits to it than i do dragoon or otherwise rank 7
