I did and I find it the same, I thought it would be laggier if I play in NA server. can anyone confirm this? did they just named the servers NA, SEA, EU, SA, just so players will be divided in each server and not get crowded in one server?
During EA I play on Fedimian EU but moved to Orsha NA. I like it there much better - for some reason I get better ping in there even when they’ve moved the server into a neighbouring country.
I don’t know about you but you should try.
I haven’t checked ping differences up to date though. I get 100-250ms (sometimes higher). My comp specs and internet speed probably plays part in this.

yes, server contents are the same between International TOS, it’s just divided because of the ping issue that some players are complaining about. I am from asia and playing in Klaipeda server is just fine with 240-300ms, it’s just that skills like FULL DRAW from archer is delayed when skewing monsters for me.
NA and SA servers are hosted in NA.
EU server is hosted in Europe.
SEA servers are hosted in South-East-Asia.
