Welcome to the club. The game thinks your character is still logged in, and since it doesn’t have an auto kick feature, you’re pretty much stuck in there forever. You can either play in the other server, or wait for them to do a wipe (if a lot of people have this problem…)

Yeah, I’m getting a Commander already exists error when I try logging on

Same here, seems my character is stuck in the game. Is it possible for an admin to kick it manually?

How would you contact the GMs when you can’t get in ‘-’ ?

Srsly ! Now i can’t enter Lodge ! its gang bang me with dicID ETC error ! T_T

I was able to get to the Lodge and create two caracters, but when I tried to play with one of them, my sessionkey turned invalid and was kicked out. Then the ETC error all the way ç-ç

Im still stuck in the lodge. Cant see the button

guys if you dont see a button. On the lower center where you choose your character. You will have to input your name so click somewhere top of the button. I cant see anything in my end. But once i typed my name and clicked the button. I can move to the next step.

Bumping this thread to let the staffs know that this problem is still ongoing!

Stuck in lodge area! and can’t proceed. Just says entering world… and nothing happens

I have this exact same problem. I just sent in my third support ticket as well, and they still haven’t fixed it. I am stuck in the lodge area, and when I press “Start Game”, nothing happens. It just says “entering world” and that’s it. :confused:

I am able to log into the game and server, but my characters are not able to enter the world after being in the lodge. Any help would be appreciated.

For those of you stuck with “Entering World” from the Lodge screen, try changing the channel from whatever it is set to load that character in. It fixed my one character that was stuck. Hope this Helps!
