Anyone still waiting on their 150 TP refund?

I’ve been waiting since the 31st and still the same generic “we’re looking in to it” reply. Anyone successful?

Spent 150TP to correct my Team Name because I didn’t realize the Team Name was our main name.

Two or three days later they announce a free Team Name reset.

Have been waiting for 3 weeks, Sent multiple tickets and got ignored in every single one of them. I would like for imc to adress this issue before the game goes f2p.

golly, it’s almost as if they’ve been occupied with other things that would have had a much more severe effect on the entire community.

Are you supposed to submit a ticket for this? I changed my team name as well but cant remember the exact date i did it what info do they need

Yeah, you’re suppose to submit a ticket, but it seems to be a hit or miss. Just tell them that you changed your Team Name for 150TP before the announcement of the free Team Name reset. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I am.

it was probably “lost” in the mess.

I was told to stop sending tickets as they are “already looking in to it”

It’s been almost 2 months since the team name refund… It was before this token refund and the f2p. What’s going on IMC?! Do we really need to send a lot of tickets to get something? I don’t even believe that I’ll receive this TP anymore…

It’s now over 2 months, I’m just going to assume that the refund is not going to happen.
