So I tried soloing it for the first time on my level 183 Alchemist, trying to awake Ignition rod. I heard the instance was solable and the first few waves were easy enough until I got to the last few where my damage was just 1 to all monsters because their level was too high… At 210 or so. What determines monster level? Is it item level of the item you’re trying to awake? I failed of course, help?
Yes, it’s based on item level of the item you’re trying to Awaken. Off-hand items, however, are usually much easier to Awaken.
