This is lv110 map called Manahas, cant finish this quest, My friend told me that this means helping new play person between lv1- lv10, but I dont know what dose is excatly mean. Anyone know how to do this ? Thanks so much.

That quest will be really hard when almost players are higher levels.
This game is popular in korea, so this is not going to be hard. Most players like to try a new character,there are always some low lv character in beginner arer.
Based on the half of the iCBT 2 until the end, that quest will be impossible unless you camp the field for players of level 1 to 10.
