Anyone here with a Nvidia Shield?

If so, have you tried to stream the game to your shield-connected TV?

It doesn’t seem to work. The Nvidia stream launcher gives some error when it tries to launch. Already asked for input over at the Nvidia camp, but would like to know if anyone else has tried it as well and how it went.

Would be really awesome to play the game on a home theater.

Hello,

i have nvidia shield k1 tablet, and i have another problem. I can launch the game without any problem from steam big screen, but it doesnt change resolution (maybe cuz u cant change resolution from login screen), so i see only 1/4 of screen (left top corner).
When i change resolution myself ingame, it have to be in windowed mode, so when i launch it on tablet, its soso working, but screen is cut at the bottom cuz of window frame. I have some things i want to try, but easies thing would be to allow resolution change in fullscreen-mode.
Would be nice to see this fully working as i travel alot, and only way for me is to stream my games on tablet. ToS, please, HELP US, SO WE CAN BECOME NOLIFERS AGAIN.

I see. Yeah it seems there’s compatibility issues with Shield. So I got a Steam Link this weekend and it works flawlessly.

I think ToS needs to work with Nvidia for this as I highly doubt Nvidia will take any initiative here. Every other patch they break things on Shield. Such a shame. :frowning:

I too am having this problem. If i launch tos in regular big picture it launches. However, when I run big picture on my shield tablet and try to launch the game It starts to load and then just brings me back to big picture. Quite annoying. I am thinking about selling this thing and getting a steam link because it seems to be a lot less headache. If anyone finds a solution let me know. I tried adding things to GFE like calc.exe (it was suggested on the nvidia forums) but it still didnt work.
