On reddit someone told me to go properties and verify cache thingy and i did it couple of times it said several files missing and will be acquired then nothing happened still
So i log on my own comp which is fine , my friend told me his friend addon screwed his client so he reinstalled the client and then his having the same problem as me with 100% then nothing happened
bump… how to fix this?
Have you tried waiting for 10-20 mins? Mine showed a blank launcher, so I assumed it was suffering the same issues as Windows updates - 0% even though it’s working.
@Mooon i did waited tbh cuz i have the game on my own comp = window 7 , i was downloading at my window 10 lappy for my fiance
But then it just never happened
I did search on reddit someone had the same problem and all 1 person linked another thread which suggest in 1 of the folders in tos if specific is empty thats the reason
I didnt even had that file in the window 10 lappy , weird … But my client in window 7 has it so i thought i zipped it and share online so i download from window10 but then its still the same i cant get on from there and i got frustrated and just switch off the lappy lol
I assume you’re talking about the user_c.xml fix posted on reddit?
I’ve opened the file up on my game (on the Windows 10 OS) and it seems like some addons affect the values within the file, e.g. I don’t have Enhanced Collections so there’s no line for Enhanced collections in mine. Double check if there are any addons that you have on the Win7 comp that you have/don’t have on the Win10 lappy?

Try leaving the patcher open without alt tabbing.
well, i try validate my files 3-4 times didnt work
try del user.xml user_c.xml didnt work
unistall my antivirus didnt work…
so i try del all file in tos folder in steam
and had to reinstall… luckily it work now -.-
